Converting a single garage into a standard room (like bedroom, office, gym, playroom, etc.)
on average will cost you around £10000 + VAT.
Any additions like changing a roof, external doors, kitchen, structural openings, toilet, utility, partition walls, fancy finishes will increase the cost.
Each conversion is different, so this is only a ballpark figure.

It will also depend on what was the garage converted to.
